Preparing for Graduation from LWTech

If you are graduating this year (Fall 2013-Summer 2014) and haven’t completed your application for your degree or certificate, please click the link or contact your TRiO advisor. This application and a printout of your degree audit will need to be turned into Enrollment Services in W201.

If you are planning to go to the graduation ceremony (Commencement) on June 20, then you will need to complete an application for commencement. Please click the link or contact your TRiO advisor for this form. This form is different than the application for degree or certificate. 

Graduation regalia (or how you dress at commencement) can include a cap, gown, cords, or hoods. As a TRiO student, you can wear red cords as part of your regalia, recognizing your participation in this program. These can be picked up in E214B or at the Commencement Ceremony on June 20.

Submit Your Application for Degree or Certificate

When you have almost completed your degree or certificate program, you must submit an application. 

Follow these steps:

 

Þ Fill out an Application for Degree or Certificate

Þ Complete a Degree Audit and attach it to your application

Þ Meet with your faculty advisor to review your degree audit and have them sign your Application for Degree or Certificate

Þ Complete the Degree or Certificate Survey and attach it to your application
